He raps on the glass again with an amused smirk, but doesn't outwardly tease him for the sound. It's moments like this, where it's easy to catch Dean off guard that makes him a little nervous for the man's safety, but at the same time...well, he's a little relieved Dean's not as fucking paranoid as he is.
