"The little hole you were trying to drink out of, moron," Dean calls from his recipe hunt. He searches shelves and cupboards for something he can use. There's frustrated mumbles at first, because it's like plastic dolls live in this house- but then there's a victorious cheer. "Score!"

Dean doesn't know a lot about how real families work, but he knows enough to know that when you find a box full of old recipe cards, they've been held on to for a reason: Whatever's in there is going to be tasty as hell.

So he starts digging through the recipes... and when the "oh my gods" start to come one after another, it's when he finds the section on pies.
