He pulls his phone out before he can really think, snaps a picture, and sends it to FDR with the caption: Look at what this idiot is doing.
Once that's sent, he comes over with a shake of his head and a low chuckle. "You're doing it wrong. You gotta put it in your mouth." And he'll take the box from him so he can position the straw between Baby's lips. "Now suck on it."
