Yep. There's definitely a happy rumble coming out of him. He's always liked it when Dean pays attention to him, and now that he can really feel all of it, he's even happier.
He turns off the water and comes out to the towel, contentedly letting Dean dry him off. This is part of the ritual. They've done this a million times before, so he's also thoroughly expecting the lotion.
"Does it smell right?" He doesn't know if Dean has a specific smell in mind for him. What does a car smell like? He wouldn't know. He was sleeping the whole time he was in the trunk.
