All the cries and screams aside, it's the touch that wakes him up instantly. For a second he thinks he's being attacked, but he's woken up to be greeted by that face enough times now that the stress instantly winds down again.
Which means Dean closes one eye, all ready to go back to sleep. "What'd you mean? Who? What?"
