Baby makes a disgruntled noise at the back of his throat and shakes his head. He's not a baby, he's just Baby. He's obviously not very good at speaking to Dean in this language. He misses when Dean could figure out what wrong just by listening to the noises he made.

Dean sort of had it right before, so he takes the man's hands and puts them back on his shoulders, and then he tilts himself to the left and then to the right, wondering if the motion will jog any recognition.
